As a retired Oradell police sergeant, I can confidently say Dr. DiPaolo is the only person I trust or recommend to other police officers or anyone for that matter. I had several surgeries completed by Dr. DiPaolo including a discectomy and cervical disc replacement among other minimally invasive spine procedures.
